When will my package ship?
Please allow up to 1-5 business days to process and ship your order.

Why haven’t I received my package yet?
If you have received your tracking number and days have gone by without your item moving in transit or showing delivered, please contact us providing your tracking number so we can contact the postal provider for an update.

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you put the wrong address and your package is returned to our warehouse. You will contacted by us to receive the updated accurate shipping address. PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS, INCLUDING YOUR STREET NAME AND APARTMENT NUMBER BEFORE PLACING ORDER.

My delivery was incorrect. What do I do now? 
If your order wasn’t correct please email us with the subject  line “INCORRECT ORDER” in all caps. We will reply within 48 business hours to your email.

Why is it saying my order/shipping was cancelled?
If you received an email saying your order/shipping was cancelled it is because your order was marked as fraud through Shopify.

How do I get a refund? 
All sales are final once products have been shipped due to safety precautions. We are only processing refunds once packages are returned to the warehouse by the postal service due to a shipping error.

Why did Tress World refund my order? 
This could be  due to Shopify flagging your order as fraud.

Why hasn’t someone emailed me back?
